The range, quantified
PlushCare is lowest at $19.99 a month. WeightWatchers Clinic charges $74, Mochi Health $79, Eden $99, and Hims, Hers and Ro all charge $149.
At $149 the membership can equal the medication. Hims and Hers charge $149 for the oral Wegovy tablet plus $149 membership — a product NovoCare sells direct for $149 with no membership at all.
Who charges nothing
NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) publishes flat pricing with no membership fee, verified from its own plan pages. Several others describe medication as all-inclusive: Oak Longevity, TrimRx, Found and Henry Meds among them, all provider-reported.
Why no-membership is not automatically cheaper
A membership can buy real service. Mochi Health's $79 includes unlimited physician and dietitian access, which several cheaper all-inclusive programmes do not provide at any price.
The objection is not to bundled service costs. It is to headline figures that exclude a charge required to receive medication at all — which is the case wherever a membership is mandatory and quoted separately.
Four questions that settle it
- Is the membership required to receive medication, or optional?
- Does it continue if I pause treatment?
- Is the first-month rate different from the ongoing rate? Several discount month one to $39 or $25.
- Does the membership cancel through the same route as the prescription?
The last one produces a predictable class of complaint where the answer is no.
