Open GLP-1 Data and Evidence Library
We publish our provider pricing records, the evidence ledger behind every claim, state access records, study records and the scoring rubric as CSV and JSON under CC BY 4.0. Each record carries its own capture date and evidence status, including the ones we have not verified.
Why the gaps are published too
A dataset containing only what we managed to verify would overstate how transparent this market is. Pending records stay in the files with null values and a pending status, so anyone analysing them can see exactly how much is unknown.
That has a consequence for anyone using the data: a null is not a zero. It means the field was not captured. Any analysis treating nulls as zeros will report this market as far more transparent, and far cheaper, than it is.
What is in the files today
Provider pricing records covering compounded and brand offerings across nineteen providers plus two manufacturer programmes, with all-in monthly figures, program type, formulation, evidence status, source and capture date. Competitor figures were captured 6 July 2026; NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) figures 11 July 2026.
The evidence ledger, holding one entry per claim: the claim as published, source title and URL, source type, capture date, reviewer, archive reference, evidence strength and next-review date.
Study records for fifteen trials, nine of them with captured design, population, dose, comparator, duration and results, carrying NCT identifiers where confirmed.
State access records for 51 jurisdictions, currently structural pending per-state research.
The scoring rubric with its seven categories, weights and rules.
How to cite it
Cite the capture date on the specific record rather than the date you downloaded the file. A price without its capture date is not a usable citation, and a dataset in this market is never uniformly current.

Licence and access
CC BY 4.0. Commercial use is fine with attribution. The files are served with CORS enabled and cached for an hour, so they can be fetched directly rather than scraped from the page.

Yes, under CC BY 4.0 with attribution. Preserve the capture dates in the records.
Why are there null values?
A null means the field was not captured. It is not a zero, and treating it as one will make this market look more transparent than it is.
