Provider review
TrimRx tirzepatide review
What TrimRx charges, what is included, who prescribes, which pharmacy fills it, where it operates — and how much of that we confirmed ourselves rather than took from the website.
This is an independent assessment of TrimRx's tirzepatide program against our published 100-point rubric. It separates what the provider states from what we verified. No pricing, scoring or state data has been captured yet, so nothing below is presented as a finding. Verification status appears beside every field.
What is distinctive about this programme
Flat rate, no membership — but check which rate
TrimRx is reported as flat at all doses with no membership fee, which is the structurally favourable combination. The complication is that it publishes several different figures for the same programme depending on billing.
For semaglutide: $179 first month then $299 ongoing on month-to-month, or $209 on three months prepaid, $191 on six, $174 on twelve. For tirzepatide: $279 first month then $399 ongoing, or $316, $299 and $283 on the prepay tiers.
So the ongoing month-to-month rate is roughly 70% above the twelve-month prepaid rate for semaglutide and 41% above for tirzepatide. The $179 and $279 figures are introductory and apply to one month.
Where it sits
At $283 on a twelve-month plan, TrimRx's tirzepatide is above the $169 to $215 band occupied by Found, NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) and Oak Longevity, and above brand Zepbound's $299 starter only marginally below. At $174 semaglutide it is more competitive, sitting between NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab)'s verified $145 and Found's reported $169.
Our dataset also notes that a previously stored TrimRx figure of $259 matched no current tier and was corrected — a useful illustration of why figures repeated across comparison sites need re-capture rather than reuse.

Pricing, all-in
Plan total and monthly equivalent are calculated by us from the provider's published figures, using the same formula applied to every provider on this site. A price is only a price once the required fees are inside it.

Where it operates
State availability is verified against the provider's own checkout or a support confirmation, state by state, with a capture date. A provider serving forty states is not nationwide, and we do not describe it that way.

Clinical model
- Who prescribes: employed clinicians, a contracted medical group, or a partner network. Name the entity.
- Whether an initial synchronous visit occurs, and whether the state requires one.
- Follow-up cadence, escalation route and adverse-event handling.
- Continuity: what happens to a patient when their prescriber leaves the platform.
Pharmacy and fulfilment
- Named fulfilling pharmacy or outsourcing facility, and its registration class (503A or 503B).
- Verify any accreditation claim directly with the accrediting body, not with the provider.
- Testing disclosures: what is tested, by whom, and whether a certificate is available to patients.
- Cold-chain handling and what happens to a shipment that arrives warm.
Billing, cancellation and support
- Auto-renew behaviour and the exact cancellation route, captured as a screenshot.
- Refund terms for unopened, undelivered and unused medication.
- Published support channels and any stated response time — then test it.

How this compares to the category
Once enough providers are scored, this section reports where TrimRx sits against the median for each rubric category, not against a hand-picked competitor.
Questions readers actually ask
Is TrimRx the cheapest option?
We will not answer that until the all-in figures are captured for the whole comparison set. A cheapest claim needs a defined comparison group, a stated program type and a capture date, or it is just an adjective.
Is this review sponsored?
No. No provider pays for coverage, placement, a score or a link, and providers do not see a review before it publishes.
Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound?
No. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products and there is no generic tirzepatide. Approval of the brand product does not extend to a compounded preparation.

When quoting a figure, include the capture date shown beside it rather than the date you read this page. A price without its capture date is not a usable citation.
